Colin Poole, MD

Dr. Colin Poole is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement and is recognized as one of the highest-volume total joint surgeons in Idaho.

He was among the first in the region to introduce robot-assisted knee replacement and helped establish the St. Luke’s Joint Center, advancing precision and outcomes for patients.

A Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, Dr. Poole combines advanced surgical expertise with a commitment to personalized, patient-centered care.

Ray Jensen, DO

Dr. Ray Jensen is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and advanced arthroscopic treatment of the shoulder and upper extremity. After completing a Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of New Mexico, he developed expertise in minimally invasive procedures for the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee, including meniscus repair and joint preservation techniques.

In addition to sports-related injuries, Dr. Jensen performs shoulder, hip, and knee replacement when appropriate and incorporates biologic therapies such as BMAC to support healing and recovery. A member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedics, he emphasizes shared decision-making and personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient’s goals.

William Daniel Bradley, MD

Dr. William Daniel Bradley is a spine surgeon specializing in both minimally invasive and complex reconstructive spinal procedures. With extensive experience treating degenerative spine conditions, neck and back pain, and performing artificial disc replacement, he focuses on motion-preserving techniques that optimize long-term outcomes.

During his 16-year tenure at the Texas Back Institute, he trained hundreds of surgeons, contributed to multiple FDA studies, and now continues to lead in advanced spine care through close collaboration with non-surgical specialists.

Joseph R. Lynch, MD

Dr. Lynch is a partner at The Shoulder Clinic of Idaho and a Harvard University graduate who completed medical school at Oregon Health Sciences University, graduating first in his class. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency and fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the University of Washington and has devoted his practice exclusively to shoulder and elbow care since 2008.

A former U.S. Navy Commander and Associate Professor of Surgery, Dr. Lynch has led orthopedic training programs, directed a Sports Medicine & Shoulder Surgery division, and remains actively involved in research and peer-reviewed publications.

Spencer Montgomery, MD

Dr. Spencer Montgomery is a fellowship-trained hip and knee replacement surgeon who combines advanced surgical expertise with a deeply personalized approach to care.

Board-certified in both the United States and Canada, he specializes in complex joint reconstruction and utilizes advanced technologies—including robotics and patient-specific planning—to optimize outcomes.

Before medicine, Dr. Montgomery worked as a licensed auto mechanic, a background that shaped his hands-on precision and problem-solving mindset—skills he now applies to helping patients regain mobility and quality of life.

David Brown, MD

Dr. David Brown is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon with more than 25 years of experience and the founder of Idaho BMI and Everest Surgical Institute.

He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis (1996–2000) and completed his surgical residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center before moving to Boise in 2006, where he has built a practice focused on long-term metabolic health and surgical excellence.

A Fellow of the American Society of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, Dr. Brown specializes in bariatric and revision surgery, combining decades of experience with a patient-first, innovation-driven approach.

Alvin “Trey” Perry, MD

Dr. Alvin “Trey” Perry, III is a dual board-certified general and critical care surgeon who has practiced in Boise for more than six years.

He brings expertise in minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgery along with advanced critical care management, further strengthened by his experience serving as a locum tenens surgeon across multiple states.

Recognized as a Patient Safety Champion and a leader in trauma and emergency services, Dr. Perry is known for attentive, individualized care and remains deeply committed to serving patients in the Treasure Valley.
