Your Financial Responsibility

If your insurance does not cover the full cost of your procedure, you will be responsible for your portion (such as co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance) prior to surgery.

How Payments Are Coordinated

• Our front desk team will assist you in arranging your facility fee payment.

• Your surgeon’s office and anesthesia team will guide you through their respective billing processes.

How Surgery Costs are Structured

Surgical care typically includes three separate components:

1. Facility Fee – Covers the use of the surgical center, equipment, supplies, and nursing staff

2. Surgeon (Provider) Fee – Covers your surgeon’s professional services

3. Anesthesia Fee – Covers anesthesia services during your procedure

In most cases, you will receive separate billing statements for each of these components.

Some programs — such as Veritas and Luminary — may offer a bundled payment option, combining these costs into one simplified payment.
