  • Had a great surgical experience at Everest. Everyone was so nice, caring, and cheerful from the first scheduling phone call through recovery and discharge. Surgery can obviously be a nerve-racking experience, but the team here made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Special shout out to my nurses, pre & post op Jamie & my OR nurse Skye. They were both so great. My anesthesiologist kept things light and easy, and of course my surgeon, Dr. Bradley, crushed it. Felt so much more comfortable here than in a hospital setting! 10/10 recommend this team.

  • I recently had out-patient knee replacement surgery at Everest Surgical Institute, and I was very happy with my experience there. I have had surgeries at other large hospitals and the care I received at Everest was far superior. The smaller surgical environment was calmer and quieter than a larger institute. All the staff I encountered were very efficient, skilled, and caring, both pre-op and post-op. When I was ready to go home the post-op nurse was very efficient at getting me ready to go, there was no waiting around any extra time. I would highly recommend Everest as a preferred surgical site.

  • (page 1) On June 23rd, I had gastric sleeve surgery done at the Everest Surgical Institute and I would like to share my experience. I’ll be honest, I was very scared and nervous to undergo surgery, however my mind was put to ease when I was reassured that my safety and comfort was the surgical team’s number one priority. When I first arrived that morning of my surgery, I was asked for my ID to verify my identity, however I had forgotten my purse at home that morning. The front staff said I needed to have it to make sure I was the correct person and not an imposter. I was a little frustrated with myself for forgetting my purse but was very pleased with how serious the team took the situation of checking who I was. Luckily my husband was able to run home to get my purse while they checked me in. I was greeted by a very nice group of people who made sure that I was warm, comfortable and understood how the morning was going to go. The nurses and doctors took their time explaining the process to me and answering questions that I had. Each individual team member visited with me explaining their role in the procedure and making sure that I understood….

  • (page 2) They were all very patient with me and made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. They also let my husband come back to the pre-surgical room to visit me and ask any questions of the doctors and nurses that he had. When I woke up after surgery I was not alone, a nurse was there with me and was ready to help me get dressed and ready to leave. She grabbed my husband and explained to both of us what we needed to do the rest of the day by staying hydrated and keeping up on my medications. I was told that if any questions arose that I shouldn’t hesitate but call right away and they would help. A week after my surgery, the nurse called me to check in to see how I was doing and asked important questions about my hydration levels and if I was keeping up on my meds. I really appreciated the fact that the surgical team genuinely cared about me and my well-being through the whole process. If you are nervous about this journey and the next chapter of your life, find comfort in the fact that this team of professionals makes the experience so much better. I would highly recommend the Everest Surgical Institute team to anyone who is considering having surgery done to better their lives.

  • Ben/ Mitch - Kudos for professionalism - The Hip class - Mitch was so helpful and although he does many, many, classes - he seemed to be "fresh" - my surgery (Poole) started at 7:30am - out of surgery around 8:10am - my toes started working around 9am - walked and used restroom around 9:20am - discharged around 9:30-9:40? walking into my home 10:10 - walked 1.2 miles on my walker day 1, 1.6 miles day 2 - I considered myself the Poster Child for the exceptional Recovery! Surgery seems to be modern medical miracle! Facility was the perfect example of efficiency option goes here.
