Overseeing most of our staff, Mitch has a unique strategy to guarantee the optimal patient experience - happy, motivated, and supported employees. To him, a culture of care means investing in employees, so they can invest in the patients. And no facility he’s ever worked in has the culture that Everest does. Mitch brings deep knowledge and expertise from years working in the operating room. He and his wife are outdoor enthusiasts, never missing a chance to teach their four children the joy of adventure and the bounty of nature.
